[SOLVED] Firefox won't let me access my online banking
Hi,
I have a desktop icon for my online banking on my desktop for one click service. All I have to do is click, Sign In and I am there.
Lately my computer has been in the shop for shutting off problems. I just got it back and tried to access my bank account through the icon (and also by bypassing the desktop icon, too by going directly to the website and trying to sign on from there) with no access.
I sign in my username and it takes me to a page that says: Service Error We could not proceed because of the following error(s): Messaging error occurred. If sending a reply please remove any non-keyboard characters from your response as replies cannot contain special characters.
I don't know what this is talking about.
When I try using Internet Explorer to try and sign in to my bank, I am able to do so.
This tells me that Firefox is somehow blocking me. Can anyone help me fix this problem? Firefox used to do this just fine (allow me access to me bank).
Thank you.

I solved the problem. On the Tools tab, I needed to Clear Recent History first. This allowed the Sign In process to work.
How do I mark this question as solved?

I've edited the title of this thread and have added [SOLVED] to it.
Unfortunately you can't mark your own post as a solution of a thread to indicate that.
Thanks a bunch!
