I have been using MS XP and just moved to MS 7. In the past, I was able to use MS One Note as a printer for web pages. I can not implement One Note with the current version of FireFox. I am not able to use the other internal print features such as MS XPS document writer. External printers seem to work.

Firefox is pretty good as picking up all your Windows printer drivers. I have Office 2010 and "Send to OneNote 2010" appears on my drop-down of printers available in Firefox 9.0.1 on Windows 7 (64-bit). If you see "Send to OneNote 2010" in other non-Microsoft applications (e.g., Adobe Reader) but not Firefox, I'm not sure why that would be.

(Edit: This driver didn't appear until I started OneNote for the first time. I haven't rebooted since then, so I don't know whether one needs to start OneNote before every session to make it available for printing. I use a 32-bit version of Office 2010.)

I got back online. I tried to use One Note with Adobe reader. The drop down menu shows only external printing devices. MS XPS image writer also does not seem to work with either Adobe or Firefox. I am thinking about trying to reload Firefox and see it that makes a difference, then i will look at the Adobe issue.
