I have created HTML email signature with images and embeded link ( web site and social media links) but the images do not display in the email, is there a setting i need to change to allow the links and images in the signature?

Hi Matt, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to "create" the sig in an email and save it as html. I created in the word processor and saved as html and clearly that did not work.

Write your signature and select file > save As > File... or click the little save down arrow on the toolbar and select "As file"

Basically as described in the support article on the subject https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/signatures#w_signatures-stored-in-files

Perhaps you could enlighten me as to which part is tripping you up.

did you compose the signature file in Thunderbird as an email message and then save it at HTML. The most successful way) or did you rely on a third party software package to generate the HTML (less successful without manual editing of the HTML) or did you use a word processing package to generate the HTML (almost certain to be problematical)
