I am trying to use a website for my university to be able to take tests at home rather than paying to take it in the testing center. It requires the use of my webcam, but every time I try to just check my equipment, the site sends me to Mozilla Support to enable my webcam and I cannot find anything on Mozilla Support that solves my problem.

Hi   !

Go to that website and click on the little 'i' in a circle (at the upper left of the address bar, next to the padlock). Then click on the little black arrow => More Information => Persmissions Scroll down to 'Use the Camera' and click 'Allow'.
