Password manager stopped working a few days ago

Windows 7 64 bit, Password manager will work now as long as I do not reboot or turn the computer off. Once it is re booted, I must add the passwords back in. Yes I do check the box to store the password. have reloaded the software twice. No change. This problem started about 5 days ago.

Do you use CCleaner or other program including AV which can clean up files. Such products can cause havoc with sesson, password etc files. If yes, then make C:\Users\Kens\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird folder exempt from being scanned.
