When will my Norton Identity work with your browser? It's Norton for gosh sakes! (and don't blame it on them!)

I want my ADD ON back! It has been long enough for you to approve them or do whatever you need to do so I can use this service again. Will have to switch browsers if you don't fix this.

hello, as we cannot make changes in their third-party code, it's up to norton to make their extensions compatible and implement support for various features. you are paying them for that service as part of your subscription...

How long have you used Norton with Firefox for? There is a liveupdate in Norton for their toolbar extension when there is a new major Firefox Release.

The version of the Norton toolbar extension you have is likely a previous update from Norton.

That is a "limited" fix. Does not give me access to Norton Identity, just their search toolbar. I have to open Norton, open Identity, search for the site, copy and paste into fields! Have been using both together for some time (years?). The last time Firefox did a major upgrade, Norton quickly followed with a patch (or whatever). This time, nothing but "we're working on it". I wonder if Mozilla gave other companies a heads up so their customers would not be left out in the cold. And....don't appreciate being chastised with "it is all Norton's fault". Until someone/anyone can get their act together I will go back to using Explorer. This is too frustrating.....I check every week with Firefox and Norton. This is an absolute waste of my time. I sincerely appreciate you asking, but I am done with this subject and going back to something that works for me.

Norton knew for months that their toolbar would not work with method they use to tie the toolbar with the Norton antivirus but only just started with a new version of their Toolbar starting after Firefox 41.0 and is still working on it.
