For the last two weeks I've had a problem accessing my AOL mail from the AOL mail bookmark in my toolbar. I've been getting a "not logged in" message even though I'm still logged in. I'm not having this problem in either Chrome or IE9. I double checked and the bookmark address is identical in all the browsers. Cookies and cache are always clean. i'm not having any problem when I access my mail thru the AOL homepage mail icon. So the problems seems to be confined to AOL mail and FF. I've submitted a problem report to AOL with no reply as of yet. Has anyone else had a similar problem?

It might be that the url of your bookmark is looking for a valid session cookie when you click on it and it has expired.

I bookmarked this to try it:

Are there any settings in your Firefox that destroy cookies or history on close? This might also be terminating your loggged in session.

Thanks for your comments. I've doubled checked the URL and it's the same for all my browsers IE9, Chrome, and FF . I'm only having the problem with FF. The cookies that are necessary for some programs to run are saved. Again the same cookies apply to all browsers. I only use CCleaner to clean things. I did notice that immediately after I clean the cookies and cache everything works fine for awhile. I think it has something to do with the cache. So, at this point, I'm stumped as to why I get the error message.
