Hi, I didn't know that I need to create a Recovery Key before recover my password. There is some way to get all my pages and passwords, with out the key?(I have some page that I really, really need!)

I'm not sure i follow your question.
you dont have to be logged into the FireFox Account to access your p.w.'s and bookmarks.
what happens when you copy and paste and go to the below url:
about:logins
