Firefox keeps on crashing - i tried all the solutions
My firefox keeps on crashing. So i decided to reinstall Windows XP install all drivers and update them but unfortunately firefox keeps on crashing.
I've tried all the theories on Firefox to solve it but still it keeps on crashing. This happens any time.
If i can't solve this i don't see no further options to make Chrome my default browser.
Who can provide me a solution?
Thank You very much.

I did not installed any plugins or any extra's.
If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more recent crash reports that have a "bp-" prefix:
- bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
You can find the IDs of recent crash reports on the "Help > Troubleshooting Information" page (about:support).
- Click the "All Crash Reports" button on this page to open the about:crashes page and see all crash reports.
If necessary then you can open about: pages via the location bar.

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
You need close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.
Ok will do that in a minute, my wife is playing a tournament casino now.
The ID's:

New crash code:

It has nothing to do with Flash that's one thing for sure.
Unfortunately the linked crash reports are not available (invalid crash id), so there is no data available that would make it possible to tell something about the cause of the crash.
Do you have submitted crash reports with a "bp-" prefix that show a crashing thread?
You can click the links on the about:crashes page to submit the reports if you can keep Firefox open long enough.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} While you are in safe mode; Press the <Alt> or <F10> key to bring up the tool bar. Followed by;
Windows; Tools > Options Linux; Edit > Preferences Mac; application name > Preferences
Then Advanced > General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration. Then check ALL of your settings; Browser and add-ons. Then restart.
Sorry i can't find the code. Here is the direct link to it

Oh wait, when you click the link than the bp code appears. bp-cd3631d9-2bd8-4203-a630-2de9e2140629
This is about a clean windows xp prof. installation, no anti-virus, flash and malware software.

Can you try to start Firefox in Safe Mode to see if Firefox works properly with no error?
You can start Firefox in Safe Mode below: Windows/Mac: Go to Help > Restart with add-ons disabled Linux: Run firefox -safe-mode in the Terminal/Konsole
tleg,
Are you sure that you have the latest AMD Radeon HD video drivers?
Also in SafeMode it keeps on crashing, i am not sure if i have the latest video driver, i've downloaded it from Dell.com by using my Tag Code. I can try.
i see it has installed twice a video adapter(hardware list). Let me remove both and use the AMD autodetect software.
@ the-edmeister
So far so good i uninstalled AMD Radeon HD video drivers at Hardware -> restart -> downloaded the latest recent driver at the official website.
So far the system is stable while i've opened 4 tabs to test the stress.
If it stays stable for 24hrs this case is solved.
Thank you all for your help and thank you the-edmeister because without your comment i was still struggling.
Thanks for the feedback. A lot of people are having problems with video drivers these days. Hopefully that will solve your problem as WinXP has hit EOL and I doubt if video drivers for WinXP specifically will be updated any further.
the-edmeister i have bad news, it crashed. It's more stable but still crashed. Is my Ram Memory maybe broken?
The day it happened when my GF closed Firefox but it closed with an error.
