Firefox crashes
When I try to watch video on demand on my Xfinity account, Firefox crashes. The message says that shockwave Flash has crashed. If I choose Stop Plug-in, I get "Adobe Flash plug-in crashed." I have to open Explorer browser to be able to watch the shows on demand on my laptop. This problem disappeared when I updated to Windows 10. It seems to have returned. Am I alone with this issue?

It seems you have multiple versions of flash installed. I suggest that you run adobes uninstall tool
and then reinstall the most recent version of flash

There is four of them:
- Shockwave Flash 11.9 r900
- Shockwave Flash 16.0 r0
- Shockwave Flash 18.0 r0
- Shockwave Flash 19.0 r0
You can find the latest Flash player versions for Firefox on this page:
