What version of Flash Player do you have? as 19.0.0.225 and older is on blocklist so it is Click to Activate. https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/blocked/p1048

There has been a few Flash Player updates since with the current being 20.0.0.235 (plugin based) from https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html

Note there is no Flash Player for iOS devices from Adobe and since you posted with Firefox on Mac OSX I changed product to Firefox.
