I just get so tired of trying to get used to yet another version of a program I use. Totally broke away from Internet Explorer years ago because Firefox was laid out nicely and simple to use. But recent times it just keeps on changing and changing and changing. Even though I have it set to NOT automatically update itself, it does it anyway. Woke up a while back to this version now. Well, I as a user actually liked the last version before this latest update. Actually I liked it a lot when it was version 12. But waking up to something that again has changed is getting old and makes it a bit unpleasant to want to use it. It there simply a way for a person to be able to just stick with a version that THEY THE USER really likes? I understand updating to make it more secure underneath, but can't we still keep the looks and functions that WE like? Not sure if there is an alternative to this but I am hearing others start to wonder and trying to look for find such a browser. If only I knew how to, I would create one that gives the user the option to keep what they like and are used to, and make it more secure at the same time. This one is on Windows 8. I have another with Linux Mint. Love that OS, so I do check for better options. Don't mean to be a gripe, but just want to keep something that I personally like and enjoy using. Thanks Bud
