I don’t use Focus on iOS, but you can set it up as a Safari extension ''or'' as a separate browser. When using it as a separate browser, it of course should be totally ad-free and not harass you with anything, not even history or recent tabs from a previous session. Could it be you have set it up as Safari extension, and if so, do you see the same when using Safari? If so, try using Focus as a separate browser. You probably need to do something else to fix the election adverts issue for Safari in that case. See the [[What is Firefox Focus?]] support article for more help and how to use it both ways.
