When I went to log into ebay tonight, using mozilla firefox, I am unable to log into either one of my accounts. I get the message: Confirm your account It looks like you signed in from a different computer. Before you continue, we need to verify your identity and confirm it's really you. Choose how you'd like to receive your confirmation code We'll send a message to the option you select. By Phone (voice or text) By Email Cancel I have tried the option to receive a pin code both by text and phone call numerous times but it keeps coming back to this saying I need to confirm my account. I am using mozilla firefox on a windows 10 computer. I did try windows edge browser and was able to get in to both of my accounts on my windows 10 computer. However, I use and prefer firefox. Also, I have a windows 7 computer and I was able to log into both of my accounts using firefox. I was able to log into my ebay accounts before I updated firefox last night. I'm not sure if the new firefox update has anything to do with the problem on my windows 10 computer. I also updated firefox on my windows 7 computer and I can still log into my ebay accounts using firefox.
