Randomly, firefox on my google pixel 6a device randomly hangs, becoming irresponsive. I have to kill the app via android menu, and then relaunch firefox. Apparently android os detects this on pixel devices and forces a reboot of the phone, as a "protection" feature. This seems to point the problem on firefox app and not on the google pixel device itself. This is not something new but it's happening since several months (both 12 and 13 android versions), and several firefox updates. Here a related thread on reddit describing probably the same issue:
