Hello Jeff Meyer,

please clear your cache and cookies, by following these steps:

  1. Open the Tools menu at the top of the Firefox window, select Clear recent history
  2. In the Clear recent history window, select Everything from the dropdown list.
  3. Click the arrow next to Details once, then check Cache and Cookies.
  4. Now, click the Clear now button to clear history.

Hello Tobbi,

Your suggestion was partially successful. Some do open, others require 2nd or 3rd click on "try again" check box in "cannot connect" message, others still not accessible.

What's the next step?

Many thanks for your help so far.

Jeff
