The 'Reload" button has been incorporated as part of the address bar. You'll find it at the far right end of the bar. If you want to put it back in the toolbar, you can go to: View > Toolbar > Customize and drag the "Reload" button to the toolbar. If you don't see the icon there, drag the one from the address bar and use that instead.

If you upgraded and had a previously customised profile you may need to use the restore defaults from the customise menu obtained when you right click an empty area of the toobars, or alternativley from * the Firefox Button -> Options -> toolbar layout I seem to recall on one profile I used the restore defaults would not work to restore the combined button to the end of the toolbar and I had to reset controls and toolbars using * [[Safe Mode ]] -> [X] - Reset toolbars and controls -> [Make Changes and Restart]
