Can't get into Facebook - doesn't show all the page. Can't get into my regular AOL - Firefox will only do Basic AOL not what I usually have.

When I sign into Facebook, it doesn't bring up the whole page. It only has things on the left side that say messages, Log Out, and a few other things. It won't go into Facebook as it should. When I try to go to my e-mail, it won't go there. It says I have to use the Basic version. Signing into Facebook is off, too. Instead of being horizontal along the top, it's vertical on the left side.

It helped the AOL to come up normal, but the Facebook still does not come up correctly. Instead of the sign in being at the top right, it is on the left and vertical instead of horizontal. I still can't get into Facebook. Thanks for help to get the AOL back to normal.

After I clicked out of AOL, I went back to check Facebook again, and evidently it just needed some time to get everything in order after I did the suggested "Clear the Cache" and "Remove Cookies". Hopefully it stays that way. If not, I have the directions to try it again. Thank you!
