HI,

Firefox is unable to play youtube videos on FF13.Flash Videos and HTML5 both video formats are not working.

When viewing youtube videos in flash player : flash player is crashing When viewing youtube videos in HTML5 player : it buffer complete video but playback never starts

This problem appears once system is started from hibernate if i restart the system youtube is able to play videos.

I tried all the solution i could find on support site including : 1) downgrade flash player to 10.2 2) clear firefox cache 3) tried in FF safe mode 4) opt out of youtube HTML5 preview 5) disable all plugins

i am not sure if this is FF problem as it appears only after system is restarted from hibernate.

Please let me know if i can try anything else to fix this issue.

hello gptankur, you might want to try disabling the VLC Web Plugin in firefox > addons > plugins. in case those plugin crashes have triggered a crash report it would be helpful if you could retrieve the id of those crashes & paste them into your next reply. thank you!
