Hi mrvee,
Sorry you are having problems.
Any idea what change may be related to this problem?
- did video work previously ?
- do you get any error messages, what exactly do you see ?
- presumably you also have Internet Explorer, or and videos work on that ?
Ensure all your RealPlayer related software is fully up-to-date, because some recent versions of that conflicted with FlashPlayer 11.3 and later but that problem should have been resolved in the most recent versions of RealPlayer.
- please state exactly what Realplayer software is in use, including the version numbers
It is certainly worth as a test turning off hardware acceleration:
- see Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems_turn-off-hardware-acceleration
does that help? - and general advice is Fix common audio and video issues
Some users have been needing to disable FlashPlayer's protected mode, but lets see what your replies are before considering going down that route.
