It has been working OK but not now. IE is still working OK - so not a problem with my pc? Have got Windows XP - which is meant to be reliable ? Can use IE instead - but it does not seem as useful of MF.

PS. MF has not crashed - it is just that I can no longer get to it. Clicking on the icon shows the egg times but then nothing happens.

hello, can you get firefox to launch in safe mode by holding the shift-key while firefox is launching & do a reset of the browser?

Don't know why MF went wrong. Can remember something similar before when service provider BT shared my screen and solved it. Clicking on the shift key was even easier. Thank you.
