Firefox hangs while typing or even clicking check box or radio button, even with all plugins / extensions disabled and then removed. It sometime hangs for five minutes. I checked PC with many types of mal-ware scanners, but none to be found. All cache and cookies removed, all extension & plugins REMOVED. Deleted all occurrences of Firefox from PC and Registry, then restored bookmarks. The only thing I did not do is delete and not reinstall my bookmarks. Windows Vista (yeah I know) and FF 13.0.1

Thank you all, I'll post if there are any improvements.
Thanks everyone. Disabling Hardware acceleration has seemed to work. What I did notice (besides no hanging) is that text boxes no longer have a very light shade of blue background (as opposed to the blue when highlighting text). This very light blue hue seems to have started at the same time as the problem. I'm sorry that I forgot about that when posting this issue. Thanks Again.
