Firefox prints only portions of a page and in tiny print

I am using version 3.6.15 with Windows XP Home Addition. Firefox is printing only a small portion of a page starting with the left margin. In addition, the print is very tiny. None of the other browsers nor programs have this problem.

I have tried the following:

File, Page Setup, format, options about:config, printer reset Zoom reset
