One website suddenly looks like it has no formatting in Firefox but renders OK in IE
I have two screen shots, one of each browser. I don't see anyway to attach anything here. I did nothing to change my system when this started and the owner of the website says they made no changes during the time this changed.
I checked the knowledge base and only found one thing that might have addressed my problem. I did it anyway just to see - View, Page Style and it's set to Basic Page Style. Changing to No Style did nothing.

Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache.
- Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
- Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
- Press "Cmd + Shift + R" (MAC)
Make sure that you allow pages to choose their colors and that you haven't enabled High Contrast in the Windows Accessibility settings.
Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Thank you for your reply. Yesterday I did as you suggested:
I reloaded the web page as you instructed and checked the accessibility settings (which were correct). This did not fix the problem.
After rebooting I started FF in safe mode using the default theme - no change. I started FF normally - no change.
This morning I booted up and brought up FF normally. Now the webpage renders correctly. <sigh> I have no idea why it started this nor why it ended. I hate these sorts of problems.
In any case, thank you very much for taking the time to reply.
Have had this problem also in Firefox version 10.0.1 after removing temporary internet computer files this evening. Reloading the page and bypassing the cache with the solution provided works well to correct the problem.
Thanks, drno47
