What is appbario8 and what is it for? Should I get rid of it? How? Thanks
I redirected the homepage back to Google.com. But additional pages go to a generic page. Is it malware? Or just something you guys use?

hello pili308, this page is certainly not used by a fresh firefox installation. other search hits regarding appbario8 suggest that it may be malware related. you can try to install the search reset extension which reverts common settings which often get changed by such programs to their defaults.

Thanks, I did that and it worked. I also uninstalled everything added in the last few days (that caused a couple of legitimate programs to have to re-update, but that was okay). Again, thanks.
