I suggest you to downoad and re install the flash plugin using Adobe's test page (http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about).

If the plugin is installed but may be disabled, you may face the problem. Check the plugin is enabled by going to Tools followed by Add-ons and check under the Plugin panel.

If you have already tried this method, then you may try resetting firefox by:

  1. Clicking on Help and then select Trouble Shoot Information
  2. Then click on Reset Firefox button on right-top corner

Hope it works for you!

There is no 'help' button. I have "New Window", "New Private Window", "Save Page", "Print", "History", "Full Screen", "Find", "Options", "Add-ons", and "Developer". Which one should I chose?

It would be helpful if there were a "help" button. What do I have to do to get one of those?
