Since 3/4/16, FF on Mac randomly stops loading/working as if there is no connection to the internet. All sites I attempt to load are infinitely stuck on "connecting..." I have tried restarting FF, changing proxy settings, even about:config settings as recommended as a fix in an article. I have even tried adjusting my clock on my laptop. Other browsers load perfectly fine. So far, nothing has fixed the issue.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there? While still in Safe Mode, Type about:support in the address bar and press Enter. Under the main banner, press the button; Copy Text To Clipboard.. Then in the reply box at the bottom of this page, do a right click in the box and select Paste. This will show us your system details. No Personal Information Is Collected.

FredMcD,

Thank you for your response. I just reinstalled FF and so far the issue seems to be fixed, FF even seems to be running faster. If the issue comes up again I will come back here and provide the troubleshooting info.

Thanks!
