I wouldn't call that a "flaw". Command line preferences are for advanced level users and those preferences aren't documented too well for the average user. There has been a bit of a learning curve to learn what works and what doesn't when using command line parameters; but Mozilla is currently working on changes to "Profiles" that will provide a UI for less experienced users to use.
Firefox Developer Edition does allow for multiple Profiles. It even creates a new Profile upon installation.
And Firefox 46 Release has a new "about" protocol which provide a few functions that are in the Profile Manager. about:profiles Currently allows the user to create a new Profile and to change the "default" Profile.
The features you are asking about aren't currently included, but who knows if they may be added in the future.
If you want feature like "new tab Profile" please provide feedback to Mozilla requesting that feature and any other new features that you want. https://input.mozilla.org/en-US/feedback
For the most part, the support contributors in this forum don't work for Mozilla, not are we Mozilla developers; we're other users like you who volunteer out time to help Firefox users.
You can't open a new tab in a profile if this profile is already being used with or without the -no-remote command line switch.
If you use the -no-remote command line switch then this instance is hidden and you can't open additional links in such an instance.

I still did not change can not build new tab
You can not build a new tab profile with cmd??? If not flaw, what is his name?????
Using "-P name -no-remote" to start Firefox with a specific profile can only be done once. You would have to use a separate profile for every subsequent call. You can drag a link to the tab bar of such an instance, but can't use a command.
