can't add bookmarks , can't load backup bookmarks
Hello.I am sure if my mozilla was updated or not, but suddenly (ctr+d) dont work neither is mouse clicking on the "star" icon.I made a backup of my bookmarks, fully uninstalled mozilla, and then download the latest version but now I cant import the bookmarks.On a previous version i was using just a few add-ons like Lava fox , addblockplus and add-blocker(dont know if its the same as addblock +) I red alot about fixing places.sqlite and so, but couldn manage to fix that.I have a folder Old files from mozilla, I copy/paste the places.sqlite file into the new profile folder and the bookmarks showed up but still have the problem with adding a bookmark.

thanks, does it work when you delete the places.sqlite file in the current profile, restart firefox once and instead load a bockmarks-backup from the old firefox folder on the desktop? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/restore-bookmarks-from-backup-or-move-them#w_restoring-from-backups

I delated all places.sqlite in the current profile, but nothing happens when i try to load bookmarks from the Old mozilla folder.they just dont show up.But now i can add new bookmarks
Actually after I tried a few bookmarks from the OLD mozilla folder, I managed to get the bookmarks back.So everything is ok now.Thank you for your help
