The problem started about two weeks ago. In summary, in my Yahoo email account I cannot view (and open) the latest email in each folder. In addition, on the folders list I can see notifications of unread messages in some of them but when I open them I can't see the latest of those emails. The space marked 'Today'(i.e. where the latest emails usually are) is visible but empty/inaccessible. The account works still well with other browsers

Hello,

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to. To clear cache and cookies do the following:

  1. Click the menu button New Fx Menu, choose History, and then "Clear Recent History...".
  2. Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
  3. Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
  4. From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
  5. Now click the "Clear Now" button.

Further information can be found in the Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox article.

Did this fix your problems? Please report back to us!

Thank you.

I have followed your instructions but I am sorry to say that it has removed the problem. Any other ideas?

PS I have attached a screenshot of how it looks like. In the empty 'Today' space there is a new email waiting
