Firefox crashes when starting, even if I go to safe mode
First of all, I'm using Mac. And so, if my firefox is not responding or still lagging, I always force quit it right away. However last night it didn't work like that. My firefox was usually fine after I forced quit it and started it again, but yesterday it crashed from when it was starting.
I'm flustered and try to open it a few more times, but the result was still the same, crash and crash again. Firefox tried to give me options by using the safe mode. I thought it could work if I went with the safe mode, but unfortunately even in safe mode, my firefox still crashed.
And just like that I also don't have a choice to access the troubleshooting menu in firefox because it crashed before I could go there. That's why I'm here to request help.
This is the report ID I just submitted a few minutes before posting this. bp-7dbf5090-1315-48b5-af5f-fe7d20180523
If you need details of the report just ask me. I've already copied that from the crash reporter. Thank you!

HI, Crash Reason EXC_BAD_ACCESS / KERN_MEMORY_ERROR
Can you please check if there are any updates available for your OS, please.
No information was sent so no idea if bad Video Card Drivers but I would suggest if there is new ones, install them. Or reinstall what you have.
You can find more information and troubleshooting steps in the Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly) article.
Let us know how that goes please.
Please post all the crash reports you have for the last few days only.

From these reports, you were using Firefox 60.0.1 then downgraded to version 58.0.2 Correct?
Let’s do a full clean re-install;
Download Firefox For All languages And Systems {web link}
Save the file. Then Close Firefox.
Using your file browser, open the Programs Folder on your computer.
Windows: C:\Program Files C:\Program Files (x86)
Mac: Open the "Applications" folder. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-download-and-install-firefox-mac
Linux: Check your user manual. If you installed Firefox with the distro-based package manager, you should use the same way to uninstall it. See Install Firefox on Linux; https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/install-firefox-linux
If you downloaded and installed the binary package from the Firefox download page, simply remove the folder Firefox in your home directory. http://www.mozilla.org/firefox#desktop ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Look for, and remove any Mozilla or Firefox program folders. Do not remove the Mozilla Thunderbird folder if there is one.
Do Not remove any profile folders.
After rebooting the computer, run a registry scanner if you have one. Then run the installer. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ If there is a problem, start your Computer in safe mode and try again.

First of all, sorry for taking so long to reply this. I had something to work on, so barely survived with Chrome for a while.
To the contrary of your answer, I was actually trying to update from 58.0.2 to 60.0.1 at the time. I had no idea how it got crashed over and over.
I just did the full clean re-install that you recommended and my firefox 60.0.1 still crash after I try to use some function such as opening bookmark and go to some sites.
Can you recommend other ways? Thanks!

I did at some point install the old 58.0.2 back, but it didn't open at all (crashed at starting). Meanwhile the 60.0.1 crashed when I try to do something with it (with bunch of loading symbol).
Newest to oldest (actually they were all today).

You can check for sandbox security issues.
You can set this pref to 2 or 1 on the about:config page to reduce the sandbox security level.
- security.sandbox.content.level = 1
- close and restart Firefox to make the change effective.
If '1' still doesn't have effect then try '0' to disable the sandbox.
If this didn't work then undo/reverse the change and reset the pref via the right-click context menu to the default value.
You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I accept the risk!" to continue.
