The crash isn't driven by Firefox hence nothing in about:crashes

Below is the Windows Event log describing the event. I don't know what this xul.dll is for, but it seems like it's driven by FF and not an external app. Latest versions of both Windows and FF.

Faulting application name: firefox.exe, version: 61.0.2.6793, time stamp: 0x5b69def1 Faulting module name: xul.dll, version: 61.0.2.6793, time stamp: 0x5b69e47d Exception code: 0xc0000005 Fault offset: 0x0000000000ce41ea Faulting process id: 0x25a4 Faulting application start time: 0x01d4324146b9080e Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe Faulting module path: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\xul.dll Report Id: acd34cab-faa1-4143-b907-57d2d8d71c9a Faulting package full name: Faulting package-relative application ID:

HI, update your Video Card Drivers or reinstall them : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration

Then uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files , C:\Program Files(x86) & C:\ProgramData Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 61.0.2 with a Full Version Installer

With out a Firefox crash report see if the above helps/stops it.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
