This is completely unrelated and is pretty much a spam website about fixing a so called 3001 error on Windows to trick people into download something. It had nothing to do with watching Hulu in a web browser and getting a error 3001 on Hulu site.

Try to toggle DRM off/on to see if that makes Firefox (re)load DRM components.

Check in Tools > Add-ons > Plug-Ins for Google's WideVine Content Decryption Module.
