Selecting multiple items and other Keyboard shortcuts in Google drive not working
Hello dear, I have a problem with Firefox where Keyboard shortcuts not working with Google drive, For example, I can not choose multiple items in it when I open it from Firefox I used Shift key and Ctrl key to select, but unfortunately not working .

please try these steps to see if they help:
- Clear your cache and cookies. (See browser-specific instructions.)
- Try an incognito or private window to view your Google Drive.
- Try another browser or operating system. Make sure both browser and operating system are currently running on their latest version. (Here is a list of the configurations Docs support.)
- Disable browser plugins or extensions. (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Internet Explorer, and Safari instructions.)
- Run Chrome Cleanup Tool (for Windows users) or Malwarebytes (for Mac users), to remove software that may cause Chrome to experience issues.
- Turn off/disable hardware acceleration.
- Have a domain or network administrator help you with firewall and/or server settings.
- Try disabling and then re-enabling offline access.
- Turn off the antivirus programs on your device temporarily.
