Thunderbird
My 'Send' button has disappeared. The only toolbars available in the main Thunderbird window do not include a 'Composition' Toolbar, which apparently is the one I need. Also, if I compose an email, there is no 'View' menu available in which to find a 'Composition' toolbar.

Press Alt button on your keyboard and the view menu should appear
