Thunderbird email truncated went sent to OWA but okay on local copy of Outlook
When my thunderbird email users send an email to a user using the cloud version of Outlook (OWA) the message is truncated. The local copy of Outlook see the same full message, not truncated. On IOS email the same message is full but on the same mobile with the Outlook email client, it is truncated. If the Thunderbird users send the same email via OWA and not thunderbird it is fine. I have spent a long time looking online for a solution but all the threads seem old and one I did find one that suggested setting to false mail.strip_sig_on_reply did not work but gave me hope. Can anyone provide a solution or is it time to force my users to ditch thunderbird. I can reproduce the problem every time with the use of the Thunderbird email client. Emails are fine using the same content OWA --> Outlook local copy.

I'm assuming you mean that the email has had several replies, so has quite a conversation going on in that email and when you say "cloud version of Outlook (OWA) the message is truncated." those previous 'replies' get removed and so appears 'trucated'.
Clearly the issue is with cloud version of Outlook (OWA) because it is removing sections. In Thunderbird and any half decent email client it is possible to include a marker to show where the signature section resides. It does seem that the recipient system sees that and removes whatever is below.
You could try stopping that in Thunderbird. See this question that offers info: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1019583
I would also check the email you are sending as it may have previously entered delimiters.
