Website does not connect. Get error message "The connection was reset"
We have a website on our internal server, "myit.usj.edu", that redirects to "https://usj.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1899/Portal/Home/"
When typing myit.usj.edu on Google Chrome or Edge, it resolves and opens the website.
However, it does not open on Mozilla Firefox. It takes a long while and then the error appears "The connection was reset
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading."

There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connection certificates and send their own.

This is affecting our university campus and off campus users; not just one computer. We do not use Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET. Also, we can access the website from Chrome and Edge successfully but not Firefox. Oliver.
When I start from
there is a first redirect to
https://usj.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/Home
then there is a second redirect to
https://usj.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1899/Portal/Home
then there is a third redirect to
https://usj.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/Home/?CPAID=1899&CPAUrl=Portal
and then there is a fourth redirect to
https://usj.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1899/Portal/Home/
I don't know why there is all that, but perhaps it relates to setting cookies or authentication.
If you open the Network Monitor in the lower part of the tab before opening the original link (Ctrl+Shift+E),
Can you see this pattern of 4 requests? (See attached screenshot for comparison.)
