Viewing/saving all history
I used to be able to view all of my Firefox history but I noticed today that when I searched for old tabs, they wouldn't show up. When I went to view manage history to look, I found that there are only history tabs for Today, Yesterday, and Last 7 days. There is no more all history and I can't find anything older than 7 days ago. I looked at my privacy preferences and it's still set for Firefox to remember all history. Entering troubleshoot mode did nothing to fix the issue, either. How can I make it so Firefox remembers history older than 7 days? Why did it stop?

There are two main causes for losing older history, ether older history got deleted or you have switched to another or to a new profile.

The other profile listed had no history at all so I don't think it was from a profile change. Are there common ways for a few months of history to get deleted?
Not that I know of, Firefox can remove older history when the page count exceeds an automatically calculated value that you can find on the "Help -> More Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page when you click "Verify Integrity" to check the places.sqlite database.
You can check if you have a C:\Windows.old folder with your Firefox profile data. You can check if you have an "Old Firefox Data" folder on the desktop in case the Refresh feature in Firefox has been used and a new profile has been created.
Try disabling your extensions and auditing their features. Also see if your system has any cleaner software installed.
