The import option in File menu is greyed out: how is it made active?
I am trying to import my IE settings but the Inport function in the File Menu is not active, it is greyed out. How can I make that function active and accessible?

This can happen if Firefox is in private browsing mode. for details of how to turn off private browsing mode see the private browsing article.
