I ran Google Toolbar as an add-on in my last version of Firefox. ALL my bookmarks were categorized and accessible at anytime as long as I logged into Google. I had no idea Firefox would not support the Google Toolbar with this latest version or I never would have upgraded. I literally lost hundreds of Bookmarks! Please tell me there is a way to perhaps go back to the previous version, export the bookmarks from toolbar to be imported into the new version. I have tried this unsuccessfully, thus far...

You can use this extension to be able to access your bookmarks - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/gbookmarks-google-bookmarks-fo/ - until Google gets around to updating their Google Toolbar for Firefox. If they even intend to update it. I can find a GTB 8 beta version for IE, but not one for Firefox. Current Firefox version is 7.1.20110512W.

The Google Toolbar 7.1.20110512W version does work pretty good in Firefox 5.0 by using the Compatibility Reporter extension. But not every feature works 100%.

So, maybe Google isn't going to be supporting Firefox any longer. That might be a move to force Google Toolbar users over to Google Chrome, which I believe has all those features built-in.
