Everytime I open firefox, all of the tabs pretend to refresh(the green animated icon appears on the tab) but the page is not updated.

I have already posted this question before. But since that question has become old, I am not getting any answers. So here it is again.

I have changed my setting to save tabs upon exit. I have not installed any new addon. I even updated my firefox to 7.0.1 and yet the problem persists. I have been having this problem since firefox 4.0.1. Normally, my tabs just open without "refreshing",when I start firefox and I am able to access them. I tried uninstalling firefox completely and even removed all entries of it from the registry and reinstalled it. Firefox 4.0.1, when I first formatted my computer and installed my Windows 7 operating system was working fine but when I started saving lot of tabs(about 50) upon exit, the problem started. I disabled all of my addons and re enabled them 1 by 1 to see if one of them was the cause and they were not. I disabled the save tabs upon exit setting and tried restarted firefox with just my homepage(google.com) and still google.com pretends to refreshes. Note that it DOES update the page when I hit the refresh key but it just pretends to refresh the page(but doesn't update) when I start firefox. I also tried starting firefox in safe mode and disabling all of my addons and tried turning off the "save tabs upon exit" setting and still the problem persists. NOW USING FIREFOX 8.0 AND PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS. Sorry if the images came out poorly. For better understanding of my problem, I don't mind even letting one of you to remotely access my computer using teamviewer. NOW USING FIREFOX 9.0 AND PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS. NOW USING FIREFOX 9.0.1 AND PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS.

Currently I am using Firefox 10.0 and the problem is still there.
