There are two different methods, so this message is a little long even though the procedure is not difficult.

Does your old computer still run? If so:

On your old computer, go to Help > Troubleshooting Information. In the "Application Basics" section near the top of the page, you should see a button labeled "Show Folder" or "Open Containing Folder". Click that, and Windows should open your active Firefox settings folder.

Do you see a folder in there named bookmarkbackups? If so, great, open it up and drag and drop the files there to USB flash drive (or other shared storage such as a Dropbox folder).

If not, you can export your bookmarks to an HTML file directly to your shared storage device/location. This article has more information on how to do that: Export Firefox bookmarks to an HTML file to back up or transfer bookmarks.

On your new computer, you can restore your backup or import your HTML file. Since the procedures are different, here are articles covering each method:

Restore bookmarks from backup or move them to another computer
Please Note: restoring the backup will replace/wipeout/overwrite any bookmarks you added on your new computer. Probably not an issue in this case.

Import Bookmarks from an HTML file
Please Note: the imported bookmarks may be added in a folder; to move them to the top level, use the bookmarks organizer (library dialog) which you can open using Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks or Ctrl+Shift+b.

Any luck?

If your old computer isn't running any more but you have a backup, or if you have attached your old computer's hard drive as an external drive, locating your bookmarkbackups folder can be a bit more challenging. Please post back about that if necessary.
