download this sqllite manager addon xpi file via any non Mozilla browser first (like chrome, IE)
open it on Firefox where dont have Internet connection and install!

This extensions XPI file has a maxVersion = 20.0 set in its install.rdf file, so you may have to edit this file if Firefox complains that the extension isn't compatible.
