Why isn't there a "right_click-->Send_URL" so I can send a URL without having to open it first?

Its very easy to send an image by right-clicking over it then selecting "Email Image". Why isn't there a corresponding "Email Link" (i.e. send link) when the mouse cursor is over a hyperlink?

The only way to do this now is to actually open the new page (in a new temporary tab), then use the "File->Email Link..." from the File menu, then kill the temporary tab.  Simply adding this to the right-click menu would make this soooo convenient.
Believe it or not, the Android version of Firefox actually supports this (as "Share"), but the Windoze version does not, which is amazing because the Android version of Firefox is so severely crippled in most other areas.

mozilla does clean up its user interface from time to time. in user interface studies it became apparent that this context menu entry was used by <1% of the users, so this was the reason this was removed from the core browser...

Thanks, exactly what I wanted- but why would they intentionally remove such a useful and harmless feature in the first place????
