I have recently created a site that uses the FrameWarp method to load html pages into an overlay (see http://www.nc-perfectpart.com/i-ncperfectpart/index.html)

For some reason, a few of the pages do not load into the overlay properly - they seem to start loading in but then stop. This shows only part of the page and doesn't look good when we're trying to get customers to use the site. It seems to be the pages that are accessible from the images down the left and right side of the screen, not so much the main options - one example is the Pass link on the right hand side

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? We've tried this part of the site in Chrome, IE9, Opera and Safari, and the pages all work ok. Please could someone help me?

I also forgot to mention that when you click off the overlay and click back on that same link, the page loads fine.

Please could someone help me on this? Thank you :)

Which pages aren't working?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.

Hi there, thanks for this.

I've tried what you suggested, and a couple of the pages load a bit better, but they still do not show all of the page's content.

The pages with the problems are accessible by clicking on the following buttons/links:

5-axis part setup control counterbores 100% consistency

And on the far right of the page, the chart links/buttons: pass fail trends

The others seem to be ok.

The problem seems to happen when the user first clicks on one of these buttons. If they have clicked on it previously, the page loads in ok
