Firefox 29 running on Mac OS X 10.9. The browser Icon shows a progress bar indicating downloads in progress. The download button in the tool bar, when I select show all downloads shows a tab that says no downloads. I can no longer see any details about files that are currently downloading.

It appears to be related to how the downloads are initiated. I use 2 different video download helpers. One properly shows the downloads in progress. The other does not. Neither plugin is made by Mozilla so I have addressed the issue to them.

Thanks for your time and assistance.

Hi Robert,

I'm trying to replicate what you are experiencing and it looks like it's related to your specific set up.

Can you try to run Firefox in Safe Mode and see if that fixes the issue: Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode

Let me know how that goes.
